After a frustrating experience with another realtor who could not get buyers to my home even during several open houses, I switched to Candy Swick, even though I had to pay the prior realtor for her marketing costs. Candy was AMAZING from the get-go! She had serious traffic within weeks. Her team operates like well-oiled gears, handling everything from new photo's to refreshed staging. When the home lost power ( I was not living there), they got a local electrician in to handle the issue. Most importantly, Candy had two buyers within a month, and negotiated both offers to be at the asking price. The closing went though without a hitch because they managed every single detail. I've sold 4 homes; my experience with Candy Swick and her staff was by far the very very best! She is the real deal, an incredibly talented realtor.

I have used Candy Swick Realty multiple times in the past several years. Every experience I’ve had with Candy and her team has been more than positive. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Candy Swick is a miracle worker, though she is far too humble to accept that compliment. The bottom line is that, thanks to her expertise and her team's skills, we received and accepted an offer *three business days* after our house went on the market - and we got the price we were looking for. And that was during what everyone is calling a buyer's market, with homes sitting out there for weeks and months even after dropping their asking price repeatedly. How did that happen? Part of it is an art. Candy toured our house when we were first preparing to sell. She told us what decorating changes and decluttering we needed to do, and what repairs and improvements we would need to make. She helped us find outstanding contractors to get the work done well and at a great price. When the preparations were complete, Candy returned and meticulously planned how to stage every room of the house, then brought in a professional photographer and marketer to shoot pictures and assemble a slide show and 3-D tour. They captured it beautifully and the online presentation was gorgeous. There's also a science, though: Candy prepared a market study of homes on the market, leveraged her long experience to find the truly comparable homes, and told us exactly what price range we should go with. And she was spot-on. Finally, Candy is also a calm, confident and trusted friend. She held our hands through the negotiation process, knew exactly how to respond to every request from the buyer, and helped us keep the faith in the home stretch. Candy Swick and her team -- especially Kerri and Lisa! -- took what seemed like an impossible task and made it a breeze.

So when we left the area 2023 we once again contacted her and she helped us sell our apartment during a difficult market. First I just want to say thank you to Mike Swick and Candy Swick for all they did. I have known Mike for many years and he was a true friend. Let me give a little background. Mije owned his home next to me and he was getting ready to sell. He called me up regarding my home. He asked if he could have my house painted and that it would not cost me anything. I was overwhelmed by the beautiful transformation.what he did was way more than I expected. He went above and beyond. The house sat empty for 1 year. Vance and I were taking about selling. We started to clean out the home with items we wanted. There was a lot that we were unable to take. I called Mike to discuss selling the home. When we went to meet Candy came and talked to us about the home and selling. We understood everything that they were going to do and how the contract would read. We put the sell of the house in Candy’s hand. We felt very secure and trusted her and all their staff to roll with it and take complete control. Due to everything that was left in the house. In the contract they put a stipulation that the house was selling “As Is”. Meaning I did not have to worry about clearing the rest of the furniture and all household goods out. That in itself took a lot of pressure and worry off of our shoulders. They put the house up for sale and within approx 2 weeks after listing there was a contract signed. Within approximately 1 month the house sold at the asking price. I can’t tell you how much Candy and Mike Swick and company went above and beyond my expectations in selling the house. That was not the only house we put up for sale with them. We sold my father’s house prior to my house and it is the same scenario as selling my home. I highly recommend them as a realtors and highly recommend that you put your trust and your property in their hands. You would not be disappointed. Thank you for everything: Karen and Vance
